These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/MMS text messaging program offered by Carrington Financial Services (“Carrington Financial Services,” “CFS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Carrington Financial Services, you consent to receive messages as described below.

to any SMS message you receive from us.

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request. Carrington Financial Services will then cease sending SMS/MMS messages to your number except as otherwise permitted or required by law.

If you later wish to receive SMS messages again, you may opt in again through an available Carrington Financial Services consent method.

Carrington Financial Services sends SMS/MMS communications to individuals who have provided appropriate consent to receive such communications.

Depending on the method made available by Carrington Financial Services, you may provide consent through an online form, written form, or another permitted opt-in method.

When an online form contains an SMS consent checkbox, SMS consent is optional and is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You are responsible for providing Carrington Financial Services with an accurate and current mobile telephone number.

If your mobile telephone number changes, is disconnected, or is reassigned to another person, you should notify Carrington Financial Services or opt out of SMS communications from the previous number.

SMS/MMS message delivery is subject to transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability.

Carrington Financial Services does not guarantee that every SMS/MMS message will be delivered and is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by wireless carriers, network interruptions, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Carrington Financial Services may modify these Terms & Conditions or its SMS/MMS messaging program when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in our services, messaging practices, technology, legal requirements, or regulatory requirements.

The effective date displayed at the top of these Terms & Conditions identifies the current version.
